Cancellation/Refund & Shipping/Fulfillment Policies
Cancellation Policy: This policy is regarding cancellation of any CSA membership or ongoing memberships purchased from Terra Flora LLC. If you purchase as CSA or another membership type from us, you are agreeing to receive vegetables from us until the agreed upon date of termination of said membership. If you are moving away, please contact us and we can offer you a refund on a prorated basis. We are always looking for ways to optimize our CSA so if you are unhappy with your share for some reason, we will ask that you get in touch with us but can offer situational cancellations on a pro-rated basis.
Refund Policy: If you are unhappy with your vegetables for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know. We take great pride in the caliber of quality we provide; however, things do happen. We are happy to provide refunds for unsatisfactory vegetables if contacted within seven (7) days of original purchase. We may request a photo of the item(s) in question for our personal use, so that we may mitigate actions that may result in a decline in quality. We cannot guarantee quality after seven days and therefore cannot offer refunds after this timeline.

Shipping/Fulfillment Policy: We do not ship vegetables. We do ship merchandise and strive to have orders in the mail within seven (7) business days of purchase. If we experience a delay in shipping your products, we will contact you to notify you of the delay. If you do not receive your products after a shipping label has been created and you have been notified that the item has shipped, please contact us so that we may file a claim with the post office and get another item sent to you as quickly as possible.
